In St. Louis and St. Charles, Missouri, each company can pose different solutions for the same problems for many reasons.  These bids can have a range from $1000 to $40,000 or more and will have you asking more questions than before you began the process.

Having me come out to inspect what is happening with your home, we will walk side by side and critique your home’s foundation and all related issues, giving you valuable knowledge so you can be aware of any points of concern.  In this service, you will be responsible for taking your own notes of my observations; This has proven to allow you to better understand how to speak to the contractors of your choosing and know which bid will deliver the best results.

As an additional added benefit, we can have a conversation after you receive bids for the work needed, and you can ask any other questions you might have.
